Must Dielectric Withstand Testing be performed for 1 minute (60 seconds)?? There seems to be a case that is completed in one second.

In the standard "JIS C-3005:2014 4.6 Dielectric Withstand section b", it is described as"Apply the AC voltage specified in the individual standard and check whether it can withstand the time specified in the individual standard.".The test time can be set to 1 second by agreement with the customer.
